etc.).”You aren't your feelings! Do this tip the next time you've got a sad or upsetting
thought. Repeat to yourself how you're feeling, but don’t allow you to
ultimately stray from that focus. Don’t consider what made you upset. Have the
feeling and ignore it oneself control will intensify! Pretty awesome stuff! Obviously you need to visit public transit of happy ideas -
you cant ever get an excessive amount of feeling good! Just avoid those that
cause you to feel bad.
